Creamy Penne Chicken
This was one of the first recipes I collected after getting married. Came from a friend in my "Feeding the Family" Home Economic class.
| 6 | oz | Penne pasta |
Cook according to directions.
| 1/2 | Tbsp | butter |
| 1 | Chicken - breast | |
| 1 1/2 | c | Broccoli Florets |
| 1/2 | c | milk |
| 1/4 | tsp | Salt |
| 4 | oz | Cream Cheese |
| 1/4 | c | Parmesan Cheese |
Cook chicken until no longer pink. Add broccoli and stir. Add milk and cook until broccoli is tender. Add rest of ingredients and cook until sauce thickens.
Serve over pasta.
Does NOT make good left-overs.
